"Hello Lilian Chambers reporting in from channel seven news and i'm here at the front steps of Lucian's Museum of Arts with an exclusive interview with Professor X, leader of the X-Men." The tall and slender blonde reporter introduced her segment with glee as she began to lower her microphone to the smirking bald Charles Xavier sitting in his wheelchair to her left. Xavier dressed in a brown turtle neck and tank slacks raised his hand in a motion of disagreement as he began to speak. "Leader isn't the right word Ms. Chambers. If anything I would say Cyclops and Beast are working their way towards that role. I am simply a teacher, with the hope of one day ending the dispute between homo-sapien and homo-superior."
Lilian smiled and nodded awkwardly as she had just been corrected on live TV from one of the most famous mutants on the planet. "My apologies Professor. Can you tell me if we should expect any new X-Men in the near future?" She asked in her most coy way as Charles smiled at the reporter. "Well from the request of my student's, i've been told I need to open myself up, become more accessible and be more 'modern' so I don't see why we wouldn't be adding more X-Men but that is as 'in detail' as I'd like to get as far as members of the X-Men go. Besides, the real reason we are out here is just peacefully demonstrating that all Mutants are not like the terrorist known as Magneto. Do not fear mutant kind, America. Fear evil. I promise that as long as the X-Men are he..." Suddenly an explosion cut Charles' voice off as the top of a coffee shop about a block away gets blown to bits as a Sentinel lands down just across the block from Professor X. "Surrender mutant." The robot's artificial voice spouted out over its loud speaker as it raised it's palm in the direction of Xavier preparing a blast that would incinerate him.
When before the reporter could even think of running for her life a blast from the Sentinel's palm ripped out towards Xavier as just feet from Charles and the reporter the blast is stopped by a force field of pink energy as Marvel Girl walks into view. "If you could excuse us Ms. Chambers. It appears the United States government has once again sent their killing machines after peacefully demonstrating mutants. We will have to discuss in more detail at a later date." Xavier said as Marvel Girls telekinesis quickly placed the reporter out of harms way as she then looks up towards the Sentinel and crumples it into a tiny ball that lands onto the street as a few terrified mutants cheer for the X-Men. Jean Grey and Charles Xavier wave and smile as the Blackbird uncloaks right above them and teleports them into the jet and blasts off through the air with a gloomy storm rolling in behind them as the dart away from any additional Sentinel trackers.

Scott had not been a fan of the Professors plan to be so publicly exposed, he was too tempting a target for someone not to try and come after him but the Professor had insisted and so they had come to the demonstration. He had been holding the Blackbird nearby under cloak but had been pleased that the Professor had agreed to take Jean with him, her powers able to be used in a more defensive manner than his own optic blasts.
His heart had skipped a beat when the Sentinel had arrived, he had thought that the government would not be so bold as to try and take the Professor while on live TV but then he could never understand the idiocy that was the US government. He watched as Jean raised a shield around her and the Professor, he moved the Blackbird into position and then decloaked the ship so that he could activate the transporter and get the Professor onboard. He locked onto them and then activated the system, a swirl of energy and then both the Professor and Jean were onboard, now that they were secure he activated the after burners on the Blackbird and blasted clear of the area and the Sentinel that was attempting to capture them.
Once they were clear of the scene, he activated the cloak and set a course for the Institute. He watched the radar for any signs that they were being followed and once that he was sure that they had not managed to keep a track on them once he had engaged the cloak he turned his seat and looked at the Professor "Maybe next time you will listen to me when I tell you something is a bad idea Professor."

Xavier rubbed his brow in annoyance as Cyclops began debating with him infront of Jean. "Cyclops... Scott, I heard your thoughts expressing the same thing in a little more 'vulgar' terms for the past hour now." Charles said as he wheeled himself as close as he could get inbetween the two pilot seats to speak with Scott on a more personal basis. "You have to understand Scott. I knew that I have trained all of my X-Men enough to be able to handle a few scouting Sentinels. This was no planned attack on us. If it was, they would have sent a whole fleet. But now, we have mutant killing machines on live TV attacking myself and Jean in a peaceful demonstration. That can only hope to bolster world wide support for us." Professor X said as he put one hand on Scott's shoulder and the other on Jean's arm. "Please know that I would not put you at risk for the sake of macho displays of leadership. Soon I hope to pass the leadership of the X-Men on to one of you. You two, Ororo, Hank, Peter & Bobby are like my children and you must trust my decisions as a whole. You were trained to make the world a better place, I only hope to help guide you on the path of peace." He said as he watched the horizon brighten up with sunlight as Storm had finally signaled that the jet was clear of any Sentinel trackers. Xavier sat and processed the information that just took place tonight and worried, could he be pushing the kids two fast into a show down with the Sentinels or Magneto?
Suddenly as his thoughts stirred in his head he was hit with a darting pain. "GAH!" Charles shouted out as he grabbed his head for a moment and staggering sideways into his chair.

There were so many different things that Scott wanted to say to the Professor at that particular moment in time, he just seemed to not have any real consideration of the danger that he was in or the importance he had within the mutant equality movement. He understood the benefits of what he was doing but there could have been more of a security presence there to ensure that if things did go as he had expected them to as they had then he could have responded in kind.
He was about to respond when the Professor gasped in pain, Scott immediately set the controls to auto pilot and then went to the Professors side. As much as he was mad at the Professor it was the same way usually with Fathers and Sons, something that Scott was aware of as he checked the Professor; he was the closet thing he had to a Father and Scott did his very best to be the man that the Professor wanted him to be but part of that was being assertive which was something which caused them to clash from time to time.
"Professor, what is it?"

"It is preciously what I warned you about." Spoke Hank Mccoy as he came from out of the med bay of the Blackbird. Beast had a multitude of medical supplies being held by his large hands. He dropped a bag on the ground next to Xavier, and tossed a small bag at Scott. "My best guess, the Professor is suffering from a Charcot–Bouchard aneurysms, also known as miliary aneurysms or microaneurysms. It's an aneurysms of the brain vasculature which occur in small blood vessels, less than 300 micrometre diameter. Charcot–Bouchard aneurysms are most often located in the lenticulostriate vessels of the basal ganglia and are associated with chronic hypertension. It would be most likely caused by the stress of today's endeavor on his psychic mind." Beast held up a scanning device to the Professor, and allowed it to run as he turned to Scott.
"Scott, I gave you a bag filled with Oral fluids that include moderate sugars and electrolytes that are needed to replenish depleted sodium ions." Inside the bag, were literally a six pack of Gatorade. Hank lifted up a second bag, this one much larger. He laid it next to the Professors chair. "This is of course, assuming it is probability number one. Probability number two, is a direct attack on the Professors mind, from a similar powered being. In which case, I have a model of an old helmet Charles and I created some time ago, to block out such readings."

Charles stagger back into a more upright position in his wheelchair as he held one hand to his temples slightly groaning in pain and the other hand reaching out to Hank's arm. Hank having the body of a Beast who hits the gym way too much, allowed for Charles to put his full upperbody weight onto Hank's arm to help himself regain some composure. "The helmet will not be needed Henry, thank you." He said with a slightly haggard voice as he was slowly feeling less and less pain. "As we were flying, we went over a mutant in some of the most extreme pain i've ever felt! It was like a mind spike hit me mid thought. I couldn't help but over hear the torture in this poor mutant body and when I reached out to him or her, there was some type of mental block which shot back at me and now it seems that within a mile of this mutant there is a dampening field completely negating mine and Jean's telepathy." He said as he took his hand off of Hank and was able to compose himself. "My X-Men, I know we just had a challenger evening, but we need to turn around and help this mutant. Scott & Hank, i'm broadcasting the last coordinates I was able to access before I was blocked out. I don't know what we will be encountering but with the mutant hate crimes happening around the world right now, we have to be ready for anything that this poor mutant might be going through." He said as within the blink of an eye, Beast and Cyclops now had the exact coordinates to locate the mutant Xavier spoke of.

Scott was still trying to understand what it was that Henry had said exactly, when he got into details it became a little hard to follow him to his point but he trusted Hank and just nodded as he spoke. The Professor had told him that there was a mutant in danger and that they needed assistance.
As far as Scott was concerned that was the only detail that he needed to know as the Professor uploaded the co-ordinates mentally into his mind. He nodded at the Professor and took his place in the pilots seat. He entered the co-ordinates into the navigation computer and then started to adjust their heading accordingly. If there was a mutant in danger then they were going to have to get there fast so he engaged the Blackbirds afterburner and took them to Marc 3 "Afterburners engaged Professor, we will be at the target site shortly."
